The smile shape that you see is a group of magnets with their positive
side facing up.
Then the two eyes have their negative side facing down. The piece in
the middle
(the nose) works like an upside down pendilum swinging back and forth.
The smile
pulls the pendilum up and the eyes push it back down along with gravity.
On the
back of this device a hammer device would swing back and forth hitting a
tooth piece
that would turn a large gear that would in turn move smaller and smaller
gears in a clock
or another small motorized device...

Or possibly some overhead powerlines could be placed every few miles to charge external vehicle batteries.
